Key Races to Watch
It appears that Becerra and Hilton are set to run in November. Steyer's millions weren't enough to convince voters he had what it takes to lead the State. Once Swallwell was out, everything changed, including Bianco and Porter's chances. Democrats held their votes till the final days to make sure they were united, and that meant Becerra was the safe choice.
Democrats saw to it that Rep. Kevin Kiley's district was split into multiple districts with Democrat majorities. He chose to run in Congressional District 6 registered No Party Preference. Former Senator Richard Pan has risen to second place and will face off against Kiley in November.
